Urban Real Estate Reports Strong Rent Roll Growth and Leadership Appointment
Urban Real Estate has reported continued growth across its portfolio, with more than $1.45 billion in property under management across high-growth regions including Northwest and Southwest Sydney, the Illawarra, and the Hunter regions.
As part of its ongoing leadership development strategy, Urban Real Estate has appointed Thuong Hoang as Director of Property Management. The appointment comes as demand within the property management division continues to increase, supporting the business’s broader expansion and sustained market performance.
With more than 15 years of experience in property management, Thuong brings extensive industry knowledge and has played a key role within the business prior to stepping into the leadership position. In the new role, she will oversee the continued development of the property management division, with a focus on service delivery, operational efficiency, and portfolio growth.
Urban Real Estate CEO, Katrina Tarrant, said the appointment reflects the company’s commitment to developing internal leadership as the business continues to grow.
“We are continuing to see strong, sustainable growth across our rent roll and wider operations,” said Tarrant. “This reflects the strength of our team, our systems, and our focus on delivering consistent outcomes for clients. Thuong has been an important part of our business for many years, and her appointment as Director of Property Management further strengthens our leadership capability as we move into the next phase of growth.”
Newly appointed Director of Property Management, Thuong Hoang, said the promotion reflects the career opportunities available within the business, while also reinforcing Urban’s commitment to consistency and service.
“Urban has given me an incredible opportunity to continue growing my career within a business that genuinely backs its people,” said Hoang.
“This appointment is not only a personal milestone, but also an opportunity to continue delivering consistency, stability and strong service outcomes for both landlords and tenants. Building long-term relationships and creating trust through reliable support has always been important to me, and I’m excited to continue doing that in this new role.”
The company said its current focus remains on strategic expansion, investment in people and systems, and maintaining high service standards as it continues to scale.
Looking ahead, Urban Real Estate remains focused on strengthening its market position while building a platform for long-term, sustainable growth across both its sales and property management divisions.
