  1. Promoter

The promoter is Urban Land and Housing Group Unit Trust (ABN 81 084 681 617) trading as Urban Real Estate Marsden Park, 1/111 Elara Boulevard Marsden Park

  1. Eligibility

2.1 Qualifying Entry

To receive an entry into the promotion the entrant must complete the entry form in its entirety. Entries will only be accepted within the below date range.

2.2 Eligible Entrants

  • Entrants must be Australian residents
  • Over the age of 18 or if you are under 18th, parents/guardian must enter for their children
  • Be residents of the suburb Marsden Park, NSW, 2765

 

2.3 Ineligible Entrants

Employees of the Promoter, related entities, and their immediate families are ineligible.

2.4 Proof of Eligibility

The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, ownership, or eligibility at any time.

2.5 Automatic Entry

Once all eligibility requirements are met, the entrant receives automatic entry by completing the entry form.

  1. Game Type

This is a Game of Chance. Winner(s) will be drawn at random.

  1. Prize

Prize Description

1 x Coles Gift Card valued at $500 (five hundred dollars).

  1. Prize Value

The total prize pool is $500 inc GST, in the form of 1 x Coles Gift Card to the value of $500, issued to the winner.

  1. Prize Conditions
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Coles Gift Card is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the gift card issuer, which the winner should review prior to use.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for a Coles Gift Card that is lost, stolen, or damaged after it has been delivered to the winner.

 

  1. Winner Selection & Notification

7.1 Draw Details

The draw will occur at 4.00pm on 04/09/2026, with the prize to be issued once the winner has provided proof of ownership and their identity has been confirmed.

The draw will be conducted by a random prize generator (or similar).

7.2 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and may be announced on the Promoter’s website or social media within 1 business day of the draw.

  1. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize remains unclaimed after 28 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw using the same method.

  1. Verification

The Promoter may verify entries at any time and may disqualify incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries.

  1. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for administering the promotion and may be disclosed to service providers or regulators as required.

  1. Liability

Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Injury, loss, or damage arising from the promotion

Where the promotion is advertised digitally:

This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any social platform. Entrants release all platforms from liability.

  1. General

13.1 The Promoter’s decisions are final.

13.2 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion in unforeseen circumstances.

13.3 Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
