2. Eligibility

2.1 Qualifying Entry

To receive an entry into the promotion the entrant must complete the entry form in its entirety, entries will only be accepted within the below date ranges.

2.2 Eligible Entrants

• Entrants must be Australian residents
• Over the age of 18
• Be residents of the suburb Calderwood, NSW, 2527
• One entry per household

2.3 Ineligible Entrants

Employees of the Promoter, related entities, and their immediate families are ineligible.

2.4 Proof of Eligibility

The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, ownership, or eligibility at any time.

2.5 Automatic Entry

Once all eligibility requirements are met, the entrant receives automatic entry by completing entry form.

3. Game Type

This is a Game of Chance.
Winner(s) will be drawn at random.

4. Prize

Prize Description

1 x $1,900 payment made via direct transfer

5. Prize Value

The total prize pool is $1,900 inc GST in the way of 1 x $1,900 payment via direct transfer to the winner

6. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Funds to be transferred into an account matching the name of the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

7.1 Draw Details

Draw will occur at 4.00pm on 14/08/2026 with prize to be transferred once winner has provided proof of ownership and bank information is confirmed.

Draw will be  conducted by a Random prize generator (or similar).

7.2 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and may be announced on the Promoter’s website or social media within 1 business day of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize remains unclaimed after 28 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw using the same method.

Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
• Injury, loss, or damage arising from the promotion

Where the promotion is advertised digitally:
This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any social platform. Entrants release all platforms from liability.

13. General

13.1 The Promoter’s decisions are final.
13.2 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion in unforeseen circumstances.
