Nathan’s passion for the real estate and property development industry has seen him involved in over 1000 property transactions totaling over $500 million worth of real estate since the beginning of his career with Urban Land Housing in 2011. Upon leaving school, Nathan completed his Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) Degree gaining a wide ranging and thorough education in all aspects of the property.

Why have you chosen to work for Urban?
The leadership team at Urban is a combination of some of the most intelligent people in the property industry. It offers opportunities and exposure in a range of different roles from Sales, Development, PM, Marketing, Management and Accounts. As a salesperson it affords me the time to focus on Listing and Selling rather than having to do my own accounts, marketing, design or administration.
What is your favourite thing about Urban?
Urban has allowed me to grow with the company and there is no end in sight. I’ve watched the company grow from 7 employees up to almost 150 staff over the past years and the Urban brand has developed over this time to a household name now.
