Lochinvar Ridge Named Finalist in Two UDIA Award Categories

We’re proud to share that Lochinvar Ridge has once again been recognised by Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), earning finalist status in two prestigious award categories:

• Residential Subdivision
• Marketing

Being recognised across both development and marketing is a testament to the passion, collaboration and dedication of the team behind the project.

A special congratulations to Breanna, Hannah, Brooklyn, Logan and Jeya, whose creativity, commitment and teamwork have helped make Lochinvar Ridge a standout development.

Over the past 12 months, the team has delivered a range of initiatives that have strengthened the connection between the estate and the local community. From the Local School “Sold Sticker” Competition and the Mayor’s Ribbon Cutting Event to the installation of the now-iconic Kangaroo Sculptures, each initiative has contributed to creating a vibrant destination and a strong sense of place.

This recognition reflects Urban’s commitment to delivering more than exceptional developments. It’s about creating communities where people feel connected, supported and proud to call home.
